1. What this page covers

This page explains how to ask Old Enough to remove:

• intimate images shared without consent — nude, sexual or intimate photos, videos or recordings of you (or of someone you are authorised to act for) that were shared or threatened to be shared without permission; and
• copyright infringement — material on Old Enough that uses your copyright work without permission.

2. Intimate images shared without consent

Fastest route: report in the app

If you have an Old Enough account, report the account, Story, comment or message and choose Non-consensual content. This goes straight to our safety team.

By email

If you don't have an account or can't report in the app, email itskaystudios@gmail.com with:

• your name and a way to contact you;
• the anonymous name of the account(s) involved, and where on Old Enough the content appears (for example a Story link, or the conversation it was sent in);
• a short description of the content, so we can identify it — please do not attach the intimate image itself;
• a statement that you are the person shown (or are authorised to act for them) and did not consent to it being shared.

We will act as quickly as we can, remove the content, and take action against the accounts involved. Sharing intimate images without consent, threatening to share them and sexual extortion are criminal offences in Ghana under the Cybersecurity Act, 2020 (Act 1038, sections 66–68).

Private messages on Old Enough are deleted after they are read, so content may already have disappeared from Old Enough by the time we look — we will still act on the accounts involved.

3. Copyright infringement

To report material that you believe infringes your copyright, send a written notice to itskaystudios@gmail.com containing:

1. your full name and address;
2. your written or electronic signature;
3. the work or right you believe has been infringed;
4. the material on Old Enough you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it (for example a link or the anonymous name and date);
5. what you want us to do (for example remove the material or disable access to it); and
6. your telephone number and email address.

These are the details Ghana's Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772, section 94) lists for a notification of unlawful activity. Knowingly sending a notice that materially misrepresents the facts can carry a penalty under that Act.

4. What happens next

• We review each notice and may ask you for more information needed to investigate or to confirm you are entitled to make the request.
• If the notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the material and may act against the account under our Terms.
• We may tell the user whose content was removed that it was removed and why. For intimate-image reports we never share your identity with them.
• Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be closed.

5. If your content was removed

If you believe content you posted was removed by mistake, or that you had the right to share it, contact itskaystudios@gmail.com with the details and we will look at it again.
